@shilpa : plzzzzzz know your posting before signing any bond , because all the 2nd list candidate are being posted in either azamgarh or jaunpur district . The place really sucks , I am being posted in shahganj , jaunpur dist. where there is lack of water supply , no food and electricity ofcourse . I ve been posted there 2 weeks before and still living in hotel because there is no availabity of room . Despite the working culture of UNION BANK will make you cry , they make us work 12-13 hours. Its a torturable job , if I havent signed the bond I would have left there on a 1st day , but still I will leave even I have to suffer a loss of 2 lac.

@deepak : then plzzz tell me the way how to change my branch , as I have already seen doctor 2 times because of low diet and unhealthy food . I have ran from the branch to home as my branch manager was not granting me leave , I am still at home undergoing my treatment . Sir this is a serious issue , is there any way to get transfer immediately , if someone is not medically suit for that location ..

deepak sir it is urgent for me to talk to u,. sir i came to know tht mujhe lucknow office se letter aya h to mujhe joining bhi uttarpradesh me hi milegi. sir i am unable to serve their as my mother is very serious and has only 10-11 months so me unse itna jyada door nahi reh sakta k 15 din me ek bar milne b na aa saku.. and i dont want to miss this golden opportunity to become bank po.. sir agar meri posting gujarat ya rajasthan me ho to me join kar sakta hu otherwise me nahi kar paunga. sir kya headoffice mumbai jake baat karne se kuch ho sakta hai kya? sir mere ghar se up atleast 24 or more thn 24 hours agar jyada door laga diya to. itna time lagta h. gujarat me ahmedabad ya or koi city like surat, baroda,rajkot.. still i can manage as it is 12-15 hours journey.. or jaipur 6 hours journey. sir plz help me.. kuch kijiye sir . koi rasta dikhaiye…

Allahbadbank clerk final appointment received by post not by email or sms.
I am quoting this only for Maharashtra state.
They have called me on 15 oct for document verification & same day they will give the branch allocation & the date of joining is 17 oct.
Any body else who received the appointment letter ?
R u talking abt Allahabad Bank Clerk Exam held on 8th May, 2011? If u r talking abt that, then why did they not publish it in their website?
My joining is on 15th oct reporting in Lucknow.I belong to OBC and my score was 153.5 and cut off for final selection was 154.5 in First list.

I have joined UNION BANK and truly speaking its sucks … seriously dont wait for union bank … bcoz the posting where thwy are giving is totally interior of uttar pradesh .. and that too to the eastern side of UP .. on the border of bihar . I am posted in shahganj , somewhere in the district of jaunpur . Inside story is that most of the sit remains vacant in these area only , coz lot many have left it . It was my mistake that I signed a bond of 2 lakh and suffering now. Guys if any such bond come to your life please clearify each and every thing , specially posting .
