dont worry sumona. you r selected but not now means not in first list. bank will update this list after one or two mounth. than you will be selected. or jyada jankari ke liye contact to head office.

do not misguide any one….my Elder Brother is AGM in IDBI & my sister in law is Manger in the same bank…posted in Kolkata…i have never seen them crying for the said reason not even their sub-ordinates…without knowing the fact dont omit anything…and another thing is very few candidates have to go for sales most of the time executives has been posted for the personal banking department or the retail banking so that they will become a gud A.M after promotion…as far as i know till date non of the executives on contract basis has been kicked out from the organization the ratio of failure is minimal…got it….

The total emoluments in clerical cadre in other PSU banks is 12000(approx).
In the advertisement they had posted the salary will be 12000.I do not know whether any revision in the scale has taken place but if it has been then it will be 15000,i guess.
Moreover in other PSU’s a clerk can take internal promotion only after 4 years.Here in IDBI they are sayin they shall absorb in as Asst. Manager after a test.So , definitely i find this as better.

Well the emoluments will sum up to 12000 approx.And in IDBI its more or less the same.Except its minus DA HRA etc.

i m not saying they will updated on 25 oct. i m saying they will updated after 25th. because 25 is the last date to accept the offer for those who are selected
dosto sabhi candidate ki accepted date 25 nahi h. abhi hume to letter hi nahi mila h. or maine hr department me baat ki thi to unhone bataya ki next month tak sabko letter milege. date 25 kuch candidate ke liye h. sabki nahi h.

hai ABC..according to her the status should change on November 28(calculated max 15 working days from november 9)but after dispatching the offer letters for 2nd batch on 14th,15th &16th of november..the new voice begins from HR regarding our offer letters.. and i hope the change of status will happen soon & offer letters may get late..if not we are unlucky!!let’s see..

Nobody is sure but they r saying atleast few of them must be having a chance……… remedicals may be getting chance first…………………

we dont take more candidates because we fill all vacancies
if there any decision taken in month jan or feb then process is completed till march or april otherwise NO.
